The Trullo Apulia is an exclusive property, made by recovering an original ancient historic domed house (called "Trullo Saraceno"), enriched by swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room for private use, in a scenic location, just 2 km from Ostuni and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Puglia. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumptions of electricity (0.50€/kWh), gas (5€/m3) and the tourist tax (1€/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. Ideale per 2 famiglie di amici che, fatta salva la privacy, possono godere di momenti comuni di relax e divertimento, può anche essere utilizzata come unica unità abitativa, utilizzando una delle due zone living come terza camera da letto matrimoniale. Tutti gli ambienti della casa sono climatizzati e dispongono di connessione internet WiFi. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un parcheggio privato. L’intera struttura ha una capacità ricettiva massima di 8 posti letto, mettendo a disposizione dei suoi ospiti ben 4 bagni, di cui 2 interni completi, un’area benessere con bagno turco, aromaterapia, ampia vasca idromassaggio (che si affaccia su una suggestiva parete rocciosa), doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e servizi igienici ed 1 bagno esterno (water+lavandino) con doccia. L’esclusiva piscina a sfioro di acqua salata con idromassaggio è immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea. Questa oasi di privacy e di relax dispone di tutto il necessario, inclusa una Zona solarium, la doccia esterna ed il bagno di pertinenza. La profondità dell’acqua della piscina risponde ai requisiti di legge per garantire la massima sicurezza anche dei più piccoli. Molteplici sono gli spazi esterni arredati e le ambientazioni minimal chic che consentono agli ospiti di pranzare o cenare su un ampia terrazza panoramica ombreggiata da un gazebo cannucciato o di gustare, appena svegli, una ricca prima colazione all’aperto, in un’area attrezzata proprio davanti alla portafinestra della propria camera da letto, respirando i profumi dei campi, nell’intimità della luce del primo mattino. Al tramonto, l’unicità del trullo e del giardino circostante, vengono ancor più esaltati dall’illuminazione serale, che vi regalerà nuove emozioni ed un fascino indimenticabile, rallegrati dai sapori inconfondibili dei cibi grigliati al barbecue. Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali. Il fascino della location non conosce paragoni: la costruzione si affaccia su un giardino terrazzato caratterizzato dai tipici muretti a secco, oltre i quali si apre, a perdita d’occhio, su un’area di circa 6.000 mq di pertinenza esclusiva della casa, una valle di magnifici ulivi secolari su terra rossa. Un agrumeto, un frutteto, ampie aree di macchia mediterranea tra le quali trovano spazio molte piante ed erbe aromatiche, dischiudono immagini, in un tripudio di colori e profumi di natura incontaminata che illuminano gli occhi ed allietano la mente. l frutti e gli ortaggi tipici pugliesi, totalmente biologici, sono a disposizione degli ospiti. The whole structure can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The Trullo Apulia combines the unmistakable Mediterranean style with modern comforts, for a unique atmosphere and original stay based on relaxation, privacy and natural wellbeing. The structure consists of 2 units (trullo with 3 cones + lamia) totally independent, but communicating with each other, separated by a lockable door. Each unit includes a dining room with fireplace, satellite TV LED and a double sofa bed, full kitchen with appliances (fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances) and a bedroom with a private bathroom, complete emotional shower for color therapy. Ideal for two families of friends who, preserving their privacy, can enjoy common relaxation and fun moments, can also be used as a single unit, using one of the two living areas as a third bedroom. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and WiFi internet access. Guests have access to a private car park. The whole structure has a maximum capacity of 8 beds, offering its guests: 4 bathrooms, of which 2 complete in the house and 2 external, a wellness area with steam room, aromatherapy, whirlpool bath (which overlooks a picturesque rock wall), emotional color therapy shower, toilet and outside 1 external bathroom (water + basin) with shower. The unique infinity pool with salt water with whirlpool is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. This oasis of privacy and relaxation has everything you need, including a solarium area, outdoor shower and bathroom. The pool water depth meets the legal requirements to ensure maximum safety of children. The guests can dine on a wide panoramic terrace, surrounded by external spaces furnished in a minimal chic style, shaded by a gazebo. They can also taste, in the outdoor equipped area in front of his bedroom, a rich breakfast, breathing the fragrance of the fields, in the intimacy of the early morning light. The housing complex is the result of a recently renovation of the historic buildings (the Trullo Saraceno with its characteristic white dome is even more ancient then the Trullo with cone), in which the wise recovery of original materials, traditional techniques and typical architectural standards, led a restoration of interiors and exteriors that maintained a strongly evocative silhouette respectful of places, even in furniture with bright and natural colors, designed with great attention to detail and consists of unique and original pieces. The charm of the location is unmatched: the building overlooking a terraced garden characterized by typical stone walls and surrounded by 6,000 square meters of red earth and magnificent olive trees for exclusive use. Citrus and fruits trees, a large areas of Mediterranean forest with many plants and herbs, disclose a nature with thousands of colors and scents that illuminate the eyes and gladden the mind. The typical fruits and vegetables, totally organic, are available to guests. NOTE: Trullo Apulia promotes the sustainable use of electricity and water (photovoltaic panels and to heat water) and we would like our guests to do the same. Oak Framed Home with Countryside Views & Hot Tub

Get back in touch with nature at this luxury cabin nestled in a quiet hamlet. Find tranquility on the terrace surrounded by breathtaking views, or lounge amid thoughtful decor and chic modern finishes in the exposed oak beam interior. Blue Vale is brand new as of June 2018! We helped to design this green oak framed building and have been involved in the whole process of building it, doing much of it ourselves. For our colour scheme we have used different shades of blue throughout, playing on the name of Blue Vale. The furnishing and finishing touches are of a high standard to help promote a comfortable and luxurious finish. There is an eclectic style combining modern country with industrial finishes. Luxury, high thread cotton bedding and towels, large flat screen smart tv's and luxury Neals Yard toiletries help to give the top-end finishing touches we would appreciate if we stayed away from home. Blue Vale is completely self contained but sits in the grounds of our family home. The decked outdoor living space is screened by trellis on the garden side with fields on the other. You would be very welcome to walk around our garden. We can be as interactive as you wish. With living in the same grounds we are close at hand if needed. We will welcome you when you arrive but will be respectful of your privacy. The glorious Blackmore Vale landscape is a tapestry of farmed green fields with a sprinkling of English villages, of which Sandley is one. Walk out (or cycle, using our available bikes) onto country lanes and venture along a web of footpaths to discover this unspoilt part of Dorset. Visit Stourhead, stroll around the ancient towns of Sherborne or Shaftesbury or discover the beautiful Jurassic coast. Visit Longleat safari park, Haynes Motor Museum, Monkey world & Yeovilton Air Museum. Sandley is a quiet hamlet with the neighbouring village of Buckhorn Weston just a mile away. The Stapleton Arms pub can be found here. We are 10 minutes away from the towns of Gillingham and Wincanton where various supermarkets, shops and services are. There is a train station in Gillingham which has a direct route to London in less than 2 hours. The larger cities of Bath and Salisbury are less than an hours drive and it takes around an hour to drive to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. The historic towns of Shaftesbury and Sherborne are only 15 and 20 minutes away respectively. The quiet rural roads and bridleways of the Blackmore Vale are excellent for cycling and walking. Blue Vale is in the grounds of our family home. There is a one- bedroomed B&B facility on the ground floor of our home.

For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
