Our place is within walking distance to the beautiful, and historical Flagstaff Lake, downtown Stratton, the local town park, local restaurants, and a convenience store/Gas station right next door!

Pas de reseau cellulaire ***WI-FI haute vitesse*** Sans eau courante (nous fournissons l'eau selon vos besoins pour faire vaisselle et laver mains) avec électricité, poêle à bois ( bois fourni interieur en saison froide octobre a avril ) et toilette compost foyer extérieur : nous fournissons de la croute de cèdre pour les feux exterieurs. il est interdit d'utiliser le bois intérieur pour faire des feux extérieurs.

On The River 2 with Lucy the resident cat

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

A rustic, cozy lower level apartment that offers open space for a couples retreat. Steps away from Pumpkin Pond to the North Branch of Dead River. Skiing or golfing at Sugarloaf Mountain is less then 25 minutes away! Come enjoy provided coffee in the Great Northern outdoors, and when available fresh chicken eggs when our hens are laying!

Peaceful, private, and set on Flagstaff Lake—perfect for skiing, sledding, and winter fun!

My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
