Look no further!! Perfect home for a RELAXING lake getaway! The home is 2nd row from the lake with multiple boat landings within a mile! Covered shed in the drive to store your boat or car too. This home has everything you need. 3 Bedrooms with TV's in each room, 2 full baths, FULLY stocked kitchen, with both Keurig & full pot coffeemakers, all the pots/pan you'll need, and washer/dryer for your use. There are 3 porches to choose from. Grill onsite as well! Safe and quiet lake neighborhood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay at the lake. Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath lake house set on top of a hill to create beautiful views. Located near golfing community of Santee in the small town of Vance, SC. Quiet area with a private dock on deep water. An outdoor shower was recently added. Water mat, 2 single inflatable kayaks, 1 single inflatable kayak and floats available to enjoy. TVs with Roku streaming are available for all your streaming accounts. WiFi available.

With your own private dock, you can boat/fish all day and leave your boat in the water for your entire stay. If you enjoy golfing, three of the states best golf courses are within minutes. This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Tie your boat off on the dock and head just down the road to Santee for a round or two at Santee National Golf Club. Located conveniently between Columbia and Historic Charleston you are never out of options to stay as busy as you like. End the day with a cocktail on the back porch, steaks on the grill and a game of pool. Enjoy life!

Tie your boat between excursions, or just fish right off the dock and try your luck at this world-famous catfish location. NOTE: all extra guests after 4 will be charged an extra 15 USD per night. No pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Large Lakefront Home w/360 view, beaches, & dock

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Relaxing Comfortable Waterfront Family Dock Suite

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.
