Dr. Mitchell's owners' quarters above the original animal clinic now features two bedrooms, an open bunk room for kids, and three full bathrooms. You'll find the original exposed brick throughout the home which adds the perfect vibe to this modern industrial home.

On Evansville's "Gold Coast", Semper Fulgens (Always Shining) was converted to 2 luxury apartments after WWII. The second floor rental has full kitchen and three bedrooms/two bathrooms, with private entrance. Grand living room/dining room with a separate den/office complete the space. When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. The sofa has one pullout bed. The master suite has one queen bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, plates, utensils, and washer and dryer. No more than two pets. Pets must be under 30 pounds each.
