Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Fully remodelled stone house in the lower edge of the village of Merkada, surrounded by pure nature with unlimited view of the Sperchios valley to the sea and beyond. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has two independent floors, the one available is the 1st (ground) floor. It consists of a studio-like space with double bed, furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is brand new. A single size foldable bed is also available (after arrangement).

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του πανέμορφου νέου Μικρού Χωριού,πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του χωριού και του Country Club , σε ονειρικό περιβάλλον στους πρόποδες της Χελιδόνας με θέα την Καλιακούδα και το Βελούχι. Κτισμένο με παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική απο πέτρα και ξύλο. Αποτελείται απο δυο ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες μια στο ισόγειο και μια στον όροφο. Το διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου διαθέτει καθιστικό, κουζίνα ,υπνοδωμάτιο και λουτρό.
