Hidden oasis nestled amongst the coconut palms just a short 8 minute drive from town and a short walk to the beautiful and secluded McLeods beach. Recently built, Casa Del Mar is situated on a 2.5-acre property and is completely separate from the main house, so you will have your own space and privacy, making it perfect for a secluded couples get away or a family holiday. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
