Relax at this unusual and interesting old apartment with double split staircase ,Italian leather living room suit, art work and plenty of closet space. Enjoy a good read from my book case. Play on the play station upstairs, listen to music and watch a movie on the large screen tv. Request a professional Karaoke party . We can set it up private or I can DJ for you . Also have a fleet of electric and standard bikes for the Rails to Trails here in Export . Take the family out and have fun!

It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it.
