A sweet one bedroom, one bath cottage with stunning view of the turquoise sea. All the comforts of home ...... with a private beach!Separate living area has satellite TV, books, cards, fully equipped kitchen, plus a lovely balcony with beautiful view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer!

Beach Bungalow 2 has been completely updated. It can sleep 4 adults in 2 queen beds. We have another villa next door that can sleep 4 also. Included in your rental is use of the pool, paddleboards, kayaks, shuttle into George Town, fitness room & concierge services. Our home on Exuma, Once Upon a Tide, is located on Hooper's Bay, a quiet and spectacularly beautiful beach. It sits on a hill overlooking the beach and palm trees with a walkway leading to the beach. Our beach home has a fully outfitted kitchen, sunroom, living/dining area with a full size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Relax on the beach, float in the water, swim with the turtles, play badminton or volleyball, or kayak at our home.
