Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

Ancien chai des années 50, elle a été rénovée pour allier le charme authentique de la pierre au confort et au design moderne. Un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et du bien-être. Spa : la salle d'eau moderne intègre un espace doté d'un spa deux places, pour des instants de détente en toute intimité. Sauna : plongez dans une relaxation profonde grâce au sauna en bois.

Découvrez un havre de paix niché au sud de la Dordogne, où authenticité et modernité se rencontrent. Notre grange, rénovée en famille, allie le charme des pierres anciennes à un confort moderne. Elle a reçu le prix régional de la construction bois. Elle offre un beau panorama sur la campagne environnante. La maison, au bout d'une allée privée de 150 m, se trouve à 1 km du lac de l'Escourou, idéal pour la balade, et à 2 km de la bastide d'Eymet, regroupant commerces et nombreux restaurants.

Maison en toute simplicité de 66 m2 sur sous sol. La 1ère chambre est équipée d'un lit 140x190 et d'un lit une place 90x190. La 2ème chambre un lit 140x190 et une mezzanine enfant dotée d'un matelas en 140 également. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire et d'une vasque La cuisine : plaque vitrocéramique + four, réfrigérateur + congélateur, micro ondes, grille pain, cafetière Senséo, bouilloire. (pas de lave vaisselle) Le salon : un canapé clic clac de dépannage, télévision.

In the heart of a picturesque village, with its castle and lake, 10 minutes from Eymet, 30 kms from Bergerac and Issigeac. Large, quiet house benefiting from an enclosed garden and patios, with outdoor landscaping and views of a dovecote. Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, 2 living rooms with direct access to the garden, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a separate bathroom and a work area. Equipped with fiber optic cable and Chrome TV.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
