Cheerful 4 bedroom home, big yard great for family

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms with a bonus game room that features a pull out couch bed, multi use game table and laundry! It has a large yard with outdoor games, bar, firepit and tables to eat and enjoy the fresh air! Also, it’s just a few miles away from Top Golf, Sunsplash, Quarry Park, and Thunder Valley Casino! Folsom Lake is 8 miles away, and we’re only an hour from the Boreal Mountain for fun in the snow!

Charming Bungalow for 5 1950’s country cottage close to I 80 & Hwy 49, downtown & old town. There is a library, laundromat, grocery store, pharmacy, burger n cream, bus station, and Amtrak in walking distance from my home. Makes it really easy to see some of the neighboring mining cities, like Colfax. You will have access to the entire house.
