Travel Trailer "Sunrise Beach" sits on 435’ of Lake Michigan shoreline next to the boat launch at Fairport Fishery. This waterfront location is located in the scenic fishing village of Fairport, Michigan, roughly 5 miles South of Fayette State Park. The travel trailer is located on a vacant lakefront lot (between our home and Fairport Fishery (including boat launch and fish processing facility). It is THE prime launch spot for King Salmon fishing. Fairport is the outdoor enthusiasts' paradise!

Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Various wildlife commonly seen, to include bald eagles, deer, turkeys, ext. In addition, this property hosts spectacular fishing opportunities. Fishing from shore, large and small mouth bass, perch, and northern pike are abundant. Anglers can also catch salmon, lake trout, ext. from a fishing vessel.

A kayaker's paradise! The two closest islands are Big Summer and Little Summer islands.

If you love tranquil cozy cabins in the woods, you will love Sylvatica Ecolodge! Sylvatica is a latin word meaning "of the forest" and this lodge is exactly that. It's a 4-acre property adjacent to the Hiawatha National Forest with a very diverse mature hardwood forest, a 0.5 acre planted prairie, a pond, woodland plant gardens, and butterfly/hummingbird gardens. The property includes a 0.3 mile long interpretive nature trail explaining the natural environment and history.

Walk out to a balcony that overlooks a private yard surrounded by woods, grill a steak on the Weber grill, walk to the beach for an evening swim, and come back and cook marshmallows around a cozy campfire.
