This is the smallest of 4 apartments in a beautifully restored, turn of the century home that was turned into apartments in the 1920s. Three huge sycamore trees surround the house. The fully fenced back yard is a nature retreat complete with pond and sometimes frogs. Large decks surround the back of the house with each tenant having their own share of deck and a BBQ. There are 22 stairs to enter the apartment on second floor, no elevator. 1 pet allowed, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
