This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Liebe Gäste, meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im ruhigen Falkensee .Der angrenzende Falkenhagener See lädt im Sommer zum Baden und im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen ein. Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

The houseboat is spacious and eco-friendly, comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Enjoy underfloor heating and a fireplace in winter, and stargazing on the rooftop terrace in summer. It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Der Spandauer Stadtforst und der Berliner Mauerweg / Radweg sind „ gleich um die Ecke“. Das Umfeld ist ideal zum Entspannen, Wandern & Radeln. In die quirlige City von Berlin kommen Sie in 20 Minuten mit der Regio ab Bahnhof Albrechtshof oder Seegefeld (3 km entfernt).

Derzeit mit längerem Fussweg - 500 m City-West/ Ost in nur knapp 20 (Zug) Konzerte in der Zitadelle Spandau ♿️🧑‍🦯🦮🧏‍♂️ Es tut mir herzlich leid, meine Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei, dennoch würde ich auf Anfrage alles tun, um Aufenthalte für jeden Menschen möglich zu machen! Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt
