Overlooking the gardens at Ferris Farm, our family-owned specialty cut flower farm, this charming cottage offers a peaceful retreat to relax and reconnect with nature. Take in garden views, sip coffee on the deck, wander through the flowers, kayak the river, and end your day with a cozy bonfire under the stars. Use the cottage as your home base to explore beaches, or head into Portland for breweries, coffee shops, and great dining. Perfect for a solo retreat, romantic escape, or work getaway.

Our cozy cottage is the perfect romantic getaway or quiet retreat in any season. Located on a private rd with scenic waterfront view. Guests can enjoy sitting on the dock (May- October) or the jetty, watch the eagles and Osprey, use our kayaks, do some fishing, walking or biking. Sit by the propane fueled fireplace on a chilly night. Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College and a # of great restaurants and unique shops is just 5 mi. Travel by bus or train to/from Boston. Portland is @ 30 min away.

Modern studio cottage designed and maintained with sustainability and eco-friendliness in mind, located in a quiet and very safe Portland neighborhood only a 7-10 minute drive (and $10-13 Uber/Lyft ride) from downtown Portland, the Old Port, and most local attractions. The cottage is a walkable mile (+/-) from Allagash Brewing (and the 4 other breweries there), and is within walking distance (.5 mi) of the restaurants and bars at Morrill's Corner. This is an LBGTQIA- and BIPOC-friendly space.

All the equipment is waiting for you. Lots to explore in the area as well, being close to Bethel and Sunday River, Fryeburg, North Conway and the White Mountains. Relaxing on the dock is always an option! Enjoy the glow of the fire pit at night, or gather inside for games or a movie. Time to kickback!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.
