Welcome to Paradise on The Strand in the heart of Romantic Russell. Our Gorgeous well equipped B & B suite is located in a prime location overlooking the wharf, beachfront and moorings. A few steps from all restaurants and cafes. From your private upstairs suite, enjoy the unrestricted views and savour this Paradise for yourselves. The suite is situated on a private property and not available to guest’s visitors. We charge no extra cleaning fee and appreciate our guests keeping the suite clean.

You'll find it's been recently refurbished and is a very tidy self contained guest house with rural views from your back deck, the sea views can seen from the front of the units driveway. We are in a quiet and safe area, a great base to explore the Bay of Islands. Swimming beach within walking distance. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers. Everything supplied, complete kitchen, bbq, linen, etc just bring yourself and your personal affects.

Manaakitanga is a Maori word that loosely translates to hospitality. Joanne offers hospitality that inspires a genuine care for all visitors who are made to feel very welcome. Manaaki Studio offers a modern, warm and secure stay. The studio is the whole ground floor of our private residence. We offer majestic views of Mount Camel from the waterfront view garden. We are 2kms from Pukenui that offers a shop, bar and restaurant and liquor store. We are a minutes drive from the fishing club.

Enjoy this beautiful one bedroom unit, (located below main residence), with stunning views over Paihia. Easy walk to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Nestled in native bush surrounding Paihia, Kereru Lodge is located a just a short walk from the town centre. Close to the intercity bus depot, main wharf, as well as bars and restaurants. Kereru Lodge is the perfect location to base yourself when visiting the bay of islands. We provide fresh clean bedding and towels, fast free WIFI and have a new fresh water filter in the kitchenette. We are available to answer any questions you might have during your stay.

Hilltop apartment & farm stay visit

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, uninterupted views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for romantic get-aways or a writer's retreat. We are currently in spring and have plenty of cute little calves roaming the paddocks. The apartment is set on the north end of our family homestead, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry.

Riverside guest suite with private living

This river facing private suite is a stunning spot to situate yourself whilst visiting the Bay of Islands. An outdoor covered deck overlooking the garden and estuary compliments the large King bedroom. With ensuite bathroom and lounge area, you won't feel crowded for space. During your stay guests have access to WIFI (Fibre), a smart TV and a small kitchenette with fridge and tea/coffee station.
