Grace Cottage is very comfortable! The area around the pool is at your disposal and has local plants, bird feeders and lounge chairs just for you. Take a swim in the pool and catch some sun. Grace Cottage offers a tranquil place to relax. The cabana has sofa and chairs, ceiling fans and lights. The cottage has everything you need in the kitchen. The neighborhood is very safe and within walking distance to groceries or drugstores. It is perfect for a long-term rental. Pet under 20 pounds.

Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
