Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

En villa ute på landet med otroligt vackra vyer och skogen med slottspark utanför dörren. Huset är en gammal läkarvilla från 1910 där många gamla detaljer är bevarade. Uthyrningsdelen är en egen lägenhet på övervåningen med egen ingång. Tillgång till uteplats, eget kök, vardagsrum, badrum. Nära till badstrand och vackra utflyktsområden med mysiga caféer och härliga naturreservat.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Mälaren och möjlighet till bad ligger 800m bort, Troxhammar golfklubb ligger 300m bort och vackra utflyktsområden med skogar för svamp och bärplockning finns precis runt husknuten. Busshållplats 200m från huset, ca 30 minuter med bil från stan. Parkering i anslutning till huset.

Magasinet i Tuna, har äntligen åter fått liv! Nyrenoverat och inrett för att kunna erbjuda mysigt boende på landet. Kom en långhelg tillsammans med vänner, laga mat kring köksön eller boka en privat middag i ”Gårdshuset”. Det är en vacker omgivning där man gärna tar promenerar, en cykeltur eller bad i Mälaren. Magasinet ligger avskilt från värdens bostad, med egen uppfart. Kom och njut av lugn och ro, eller besök alla spännande sevärdheter i Mariefred eller Strängnäs.

This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
