In the 18th century, this beautiful single-family house housed three families, one driver and a bakery. Today turned into a residence with several patios, several fireplaces, modern floor plan with well-preserved original features matched with focus on interior details, function and lots of love. 9 rooms, two bathrooms, large cleaning room and large professional kitchen. Sunny and private 2500 sqm garden. We are looking for a discrete family or couple that take good care of our beloved house.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Ta en paus och koppla av i denna fridfulla oas. Vi hyr ut vår stuga, vackert belägen på en höjd med en fantastisk utsikt över traktens skogar och magiska solnedgångar. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

Rymligt hus med pool, vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med dubbelsäng, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte. Boutique Design- perfect location..

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.
