The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

It’s walking distance to downtown Conway where you will find shopping, restaurants, and local coffee shops. Located less than a mile from all major colleges and less than half a mile from Conway Regional Medical Center.

Cozy Studio Apartment in Center of Conway

This studio may only be 300 sq. feet, but it has everything you need, and more! Everything is brand new, including the apartment, and ready for you! A comfortable queen bed, couch, and a mini kitchen with everything you can think of. The closet has lots of shelving and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is fully stocked and we’ve also included a desk area to use as needed. There is a 46” smart TV that swivels for convenient viewing from either the bed or the couch.

Free WiFi and free parking are included as well. Close to tons of restaurants and close to the interstate.

The Dragonfly Treehouse

Enjoy this one of a kind treehouse less than 15 minutes from Conway Arkansas. Surrounded by 18 private acres, you will quickly forget you are close to a city. From the custom Black Gum countertop to the beautiful view, no detail has been spared. There is a 7' by 14' outdoor movie screen to watch your favorite movies and a private Pickleball court. Cozy Mountain Retreat-The Guest House

Small town feel, quiet neighborhood with great views. Beautiful sunroom to relax in and large living room. Full kitchen, laundry, big living room, and sunroom. Please note that there is a home office on the second floor which is a separate entry and separate from the guest house, and is not included in this rental. Early check in $10 per hour. Late checkout $10, max 1 hour
