The home is 400 ft to Walker Lake, 2 miles to downtown Fayetteville, 4 miles to the Fayetteville Shopping Pavilion and 5 miles to Trilith studio. The home is very cozy, private and comfortable Access to upper level and lower decks; no access to basement. No parking on the streets; only in driveway; driveway accommodates up to 7 automobiles. You and your guest are responsible for missing items and damage to the property.

A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. No children under 10 please.
