We are approximately 8 miles from the farthest outdoor center. Access to the fishing and kayaking at the famous New River is right down the street. All of of the biking and hiking trails are nearby. Our chalet is only a few minutes to Summersville Lake and the Gauley River. You’ll love our chalet it is Private, Relaxing, has Gas Log Fireplace, Hot Tub, Loaded kitchen, provides linens, bedding, pillows, towels, laundry room and full bathroom. Large deck, with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Fire pit. We are in the heart of whitewater rafting country, Zip lines, horse back riding, four wheeling and hiking. Minutes to Summersville, parks and restaurants. We have breathtaking views of the stars.

NRG National Park is your neighbor at the Zen Box

Tucked away at the end of a gravel road, this cozy space is directly next to the National Park. Walk or bike from the door to the Arrowhead Trails, Kaymoor and Longpoint. The Zen Box is a peaceful basecamp for all of your New River Gorge National Park adventures. Relax on your private parkside deck, wake up to bird song, and enjoy a canopy of stars in a night sky unimpeded by light pollution. The Zen Box has everything you need to explore all that the area has to offer, 3 minutes from town.

Hemlock -Luxury cabin on the rim of Gauley Canyon

My place is close to New River Gorge, Gauley River, & Summersville Lake. The Hemlock House is located on our 300 acre farm bordering The Gauley River National Recreation Area with direct access to both the Gauley and Meadow rivers. A gorgeous home in a stunning & private location. We have private trails, access to rivers right here on the property. Close by there is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, boating, golfing, climbing, & fishing. 20 minutes to outstanding restaurants.

Secluded Yurt in the Heart of the New River Gorge

Situated only 3 miles from downtown Fayetteville and within 15 min of trails, rivers, and climbing, this idyllic space makes you feel like you are in your own little ecotopia. The yurt is nestled on 8 acres surrounded by gardens and the forest. It is built eco-friendly complete with a composting toilet which is incredibly easy to use. Large windows are situated to allow natural sunlight and cross breezes and the dome in the center of the roof lets you sleep under the stars at night.

New River Gorge National Park

Nice country setting. You are 10 minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge and all that Fayetteville, WV has to offer. This includes, rafting, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, zip lines, paintball, etc... The buildind was originally a barn and it was converted into an office in 2008. It has recently been renovated into a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom rental. The kitchen is well equipped, new appliances, and granite countertops. The patio is 14x45, screened-in, ceiling fans, and TV.

Our Hawk's Nest home is spacious and contemporary with balconies, views, fireplaces, comfy rooms, and fenced yard- a great stay for event groups, families, professionals, and friends. Climbing and fishing areas at Cotton Top are a 7 minute drive, or hike from the house! Hawks Nest State Park is just around the bend, and a short easy drive to adventures, dining and shopping in the New River Gorge areas of Ansted, Lansing, NRG National Park, Fayetteville and Oak Hill.
