Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Die gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Winterhude und in direkter Alsternähe (3 min zu Fuß) befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage & bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Diverse Lokale, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Bus- und Bahnanbindung inkl. Es handelt sich hierbei um meine Mietwohnung, die ich nur in seltenen Fällen vermiete und mich freue, wenn ihr hier bei (hoffentlich) gutem Wetter Hamburg erkunden könnt. Die Wohnung ist tiptop ausgestattet - viel Spaß in Hamburg :)!

Guest room at the lake

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
