This 12x12 house is off grid with a cute outhouse nestled in the timber behind the wildlife rescue. Relax and unplug for the weekend and know 100% of the fee goes to the animal rescue. The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

Our fully furnished river view home was recently remodeled and rebuilt from the ground up. With a comfortable queen bed and 2 couches that can be made in to double beds we can comfortably sleep 4-6. Full sized kitchen and laundry make this a place for you to feel completely at home and unwind as long as you like. Less than one block from the Mississippi River and several parks and trails, as well as easy access to local attractions, shopping and area attractions.
