Loch Vatten cottage is quiet, even for Skye, next to Loch Vatten with fantastic views over the Loch and Macleod's Tables. Few cottages are this near to the water. There are fabulous walks on your doorstep to prehistoric remains (Vatten cairns and nearby Dunbeag Broch are two of Skye's most important sites) and spectacular viewpoints and a secret white sand beach. A quarter of an acre of garden overlooking the loch where you can see seals on the rocks and watch deer in the next door fields.

Norskye Bothy is a Scandi-Scot inspired hideaway in the heart of the Isle of Skye. Our architecturally designed eco cabin sleeps up to two people, with uninterrupted hill and loch views. The cabin features an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with a separate king size bedroom and shower room. We are centrally located, only 5 miles from Portree. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Vancouver Cottage is tucked into the peaceful township of Harlosh, sitting among wild surroundings giving you a true sense of the landscape of Skye. From the windows you can gaze out to the distinctive twin peaks of MacLeod’s Tables and across to the sea. It is a place for getting away from the hustle and discovering the great outdoors. The cabin has a light and airy feel: there is a large window with a pastoral view, the other 3 windows in cabin have midge screens when you need them. There is spacious secluded decking surrounded by wild woodland flowers and trees. There is 1 super king bed downstairs which takes up the whole of the bedroom space. Storage space in small loft if required, accessed via ladder.
