A lovely English-style tavern with live music sits at the end of our quiet street. Killlik Rum distillery is also at the end of the street for food and cocktails. Parking out front on road (cul de sac) Bus stop on corner to access hills towns Belgrave station 10 minutes walk Steps up to the house. Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

'Pickett's Cottage' - Circa 1868 - Oldest in Knox!

Enduring for 154 years “Pickett’s Cottage” is the last sole surviving home from a bygone era, which gives it the honour of being the oldest residential house in the city of Knox. Built in 1868, this unique Pioneer’s Settlers Cottage has been lovingly restored, respectfully preserving its unique features including open fireplace. Located at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, within a short drive to Puffing Billy, 1000 steps & Quarry Reserve, the cottage provides a truly unique experience.

The property has easy access to the Dandenong Tourist Route (5.5km), Puffing Billy (9.7km), Sky High (18.2km), Yarra Valley (18.2km), Kokoda Memorial Walk (9.6km) and other local attractions, including the City (34km). The Studio has all the comforts of a home and more.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

Spacious garden apartment

Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.

This cozy cottage offers breathtaking views of the Dandenong Ranges and the lush Yarra Valley. Featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a private spa (can be adjusted to cool in summer and hot in winter), it's the perfect romantic getaway. Enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda while taking in the stunning scenery, or relax in the spa after a day of exploring the local attractions. With its charming decor, this cottage is the ultimate retreat for couples.

Forest Road Retreat

Nestled at the base of Mount Dandenong, this peaceful bungalow is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the Dandenong Ranges or Yarra Valley. Walking distance (15mins) from Boronia or Ferntree gully and less than an hour drive from the CBD, this stay is close to all necessities while enjoying the tranquillity of the one acre garden with firepits or BBQ facilities to use. Pet and family friendly, the bungalow is a great place for two nights or many.

Easy 15 min walk to cafes, shopping centre and trains. Busses are at the end of street. Easy access to the Dandenong Ranges, Puffing Billy, Sherbrooke Forest and much more. The unit is in our back yard with a gate to access the native reserve with several walking tracks.

Close to all amenities; supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and public transport. 5 min drive to the foot of the Dandenongs. Close to a variety of pubs, Puffing Billy, gardens, cinemas and all the hills have to offer. Even a local theatre and a war museum. Can recommend so many places to experience nearby.
