Drive down past our farm amongst the trees and wildlife. Adventure awaits in this beautifully recently converted school bus. See what it's like to live in a tiny home with all the amenities. Get fresh eggs from the chickens, sit on the porch, roast s'mores, lay in the hammock, play games, shower with nature all around you, and just rest and restore. A little bit country but 5 minutes to a shopping area with restaurants, a pub , a gas station, a bank & a freeway though is It very quiet up here ! It is also only 15 or 20 minutes to Emerald Queen Casino ! This is a NON SMOKING Airbnb thank you ! When you walk into this little cozy home ( This is a NO SHOES Airbnb also) it kind of feels like you are in a 1950s trailer … especially the kitchen. Looking out the bedroom glass double doors into the private back yard is very special!

You’ll feel like you’ve been pulled into a mid century lounge and spa with a cocktail/espresso bar. Get lost in a stunning bathroom with walk-in, side-by-side dual shower heads & extremely deep soaking tub. The master suite has a cozy queen bed and large screen SMART TV & DVD player - along with a mid century desk/office space. The guest room has a twin bed. This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
