Un piccolo nido nel cuore della Garfagnana

Alloggio nel piccolo borgo antico di Gragnanella, a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Castelnuovo . Immerso nella natura nel " Cuore" della Garfagnana. Dove tutto pare fermarsi. La casa si dispone su tre piani: cucina con a disposizione forno a microonde, fuochi a induzione e frigo. Al piano superiore, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 cameretta con due letti singoli, con possibilità su richiesta di trasformarli in letto matrimoniale. 1 bagno. Al piano seminterrato saletta con divano e TV.

Dependance al piano terra con giardino.

Offro una soluzione tranquilla in posizione centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni della Garfagnana, Lucchesia e Versilia. Punto di partenza per escursioni e base di relax, dista ca 1km dalla Stazione ferroviaria. Silenzioso e con una stupenda vista. La Guest House è all'interno di una proprietà privata con parcheggio ed ampio giardino. Su richiesta disponibili lettino ed altri accessori per bambini e neonati. Situata in piccolo borgo dotato di servizi e negozi.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Welcome where Tuscany meets the sky!

La dimora del Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.
