Convenient public transport to town centre: 15 minutes to town centre by bus (2 min walk to bus stop), 10 minutes by DART (9 min walk to DART station). Busses and DART go every 10 minutes. Also convenient connection to Howth.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. A tastefully converted spacious loft above stables. We are a mile outside the historic village of Naul & 2 miles off the M1. We are 20 minutes to Dublin airport & 10 minutes from Balbriggan railway station. Naul is famous for the famous Irish musician Seamus Ennis. The thatched Centre named after him has wonderful food & many events throughout the week in the quaint theatre behind it. Across the road is the very welcoming authentic ‘Killian’s’ pub where they serve the best pint of Guinness !

NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
