This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

Cosy Island cottage in the heart of Dublin

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

THE LOFT - Naul

A tastefully converted spacious loft above stables. We are a mile outside the historic village of Naul & 2 miles off the M1. We are 20 minutes to Dublin airport & 10 minutes from Balbriggan railway station. Naul is famous for the famous Irish musician Seamus Ennis. The thatched Centre named after him has wonderful food & many events throughout the week in the quaint theatre behind it. Across the road is the very welcoming authentic ‘Killian’s’ pub where they serve the best pint of Guinness !

Beautiful cottage all to yourself in Howth right beside the scenic cliff path. Ideal for couples/small families. Your own place in a lovely part of Howth. Enjoy amazing walks, delicious seafood or grab a pint and listen to some great music in one of the wonderful pubs. Plenty of room in our charming, very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage down a private lane. Living room and private bathroom with fabulous shower. NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Walk right or left (5 mins) and you will be on a promenade, each with a different view. Further 5 mins and you will be on Burrow beach, Sutton, Dublin 13 or taking in the view over Dublin Bay at the Marine Hotel. We moved here to get the best of both - coastal living with near/quick/late night public transport to the City and Airport - 20 mins, Howth marina/wkend market/hill/cafes/restaurants & pubs. Private one- bedroom garden suite with its own entrance. 5 min walk/ Aviva Stadium 15 min/3 Arena and the RDS. 30 min walk to city centre and accessible by bus, taxi or DART. Sandymount Village has everything you need; restaurants, cafes, bars and a supermarket. Though the suite is very private, it is an extension to our residence where we live, so we are nearby to help you with recommendations. This studio apartment features light-filled, spacious interiors, high-specification kitchen and bathroom and modern living area designed with your comfort and daily living needs in mind. The studio is tailored to the highest standards with everything you need right there. [I occupy the property and only use it for shortlets in the few weeks/ months that I do not need it. That's why the occupancy rate appears low. Ratings from the few guests I have had however speak volumes!]

Great central location. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and coffee shop. Live music venues for traditional music close by. 900 metres from Grafton street. No Kitchen, Your own private Top Floor bedroom and bathroom with large electric shower. No shared space, all private for your own use, your own secure door. 5ft wide bed. My place is two floors up, top floor, access by stairs only. It's on the main street so expect street Noise and Noise from the bar. There is no Kitchen.
