The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. We offer a complimentary bottle of cider and two vouchers for cider flights with every stay.

This private apartment is upstairs in a home that is directly on the east shore of the lake, only 1.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. Enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer-- hiking, Ithaca Commons, Cornell U, Ithaca College, movies and theater, restaurants, the farmer's market, the waterfront trail, wineries-- all within a few minutes' drive of your rental. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Industrial House- Cosy Campfire Nights + WFH Tech

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

This 1500 sq. foot cottage is situated on the shoreline of Cayuga Lake. Spend your days exploring the wineries of the Finger Lakes region, cycling our rural roads, swimming in the lake, or just relaxing on the deck. Fall, winter and spring are great times to enjoy the beauty of the lake as well. The cottage is on a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Myers Park is a short walk away. Located just 10 miles from Cornell University and Ithaca, NY.
