While enjoying a cup of coffee, guests can take in a quiet and tranquil morning, all while being just a half mile from the Village of Penn Yan. It's like glamping in a park-like setting! This is a well equipped house with a lofted mattress and an outdoor hot shower, you can enjoy a unique experience staying in this tiny house! It is located on private property separate from the residence and is next to a tranquil pet friendly park, walking path and labyrinth. You will be close to downtown Rochester (5 minute drive), Wegmans (walk ~ 10 min), Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city and skyline, all Universities and festivals.
