Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Enjoy your days with all the things to do on the North Shore—hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, golfing, ATV, skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing all while exploring the Lake Superior area. Come home after a long day, cook a meal with a fully equipped kitchen, and snuggle up on the couch, play board games, or relax by the bonfire.

Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

This ground level studio apartment loft sits in the heart of Ely. You are a 2 minute walk from our the heart of Ely's downtown with shops, coffee, restaurants/bars, art and more. Our studio apartment comfortably sleeps two guests with a king bed, full kitchen and one full bath. The apartment was recently renovated and is clean and comfortable. We have everything you need to make your stay in Ely a wonderful time. There is off street parking in the back with a very easy entrance!

The Wandering Moose -Cabin Getaway, with Sauna!

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.
