This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

We have 2 one bedroom units for rent they sit on 25 acres of farm land with beauitful views looking over bluff/Invercargill. 15 mins drive to Invercargill & 5 min drive to Bluff. You can rent one or both units the units has being newly built with double-glazing it is warm, sunny, clean & very quiet with everything you need for your stay. The units come with free complimentary continental breakfast, tea/coffee,water, milk, drink and biscuits.

Private Room - Queen Bed - Tea and coffee all day Very warm and comfortable 120 year old cottage . nice character and a homely feel . All sorts of birds in the back yard .. very close to ,bus stop, town centre , and the best part , only 20 meters to Queens Park . a must for an early morning walk .. The room is of good size with a Queen Bed ,oh and there is a cat who will want to be your best friend
