Spectacular views, townhouse

Spectacular views and everything you need for a perfect holiday. With 2 heat pumps to keep you cosy in winter our house is suitable for a couple or a family group, away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet close enough to stroll in to the centre. Guests (and pets) of all ages are very welcome, a travel cot and high chair are available. Secure double garaging with remote control access. Please note the garage is standard height (1.95M) - will not accommodate a high top van/people mover.

Cabbage tree cottage

The cabbage tree cottage is located in Luggate just out of Wanaka the cottage is on our property where our family lives we have 2 kids a super friendly dog + 2 chickens. The cottage is in front of our main house we always respect our guests privacy yet we are here if they need anything. Luggate is a 10 min drive to lake Wanaka it is a cute community close to the Clutha river and beautiful walking tracks The historic luggate pub is just a short walk down the road offering meals and drinks .

The cabin boasts serenity, nestled above the native Kanuka, as well as tranquility and luxury as you soak under the brilliant. It's a 10-minute drive to Wanaka, and 7k's to Albertown.

Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
