The cottage is well equipped, clean, newly built and is in a quiet area for a great night's rest. Visit wineries, surrounding historic towns, Shaver Lake, Yosemite. Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

It’s a perfect spot for a Yosemite or Sequoias National Park stop. We grow grapes and can give a tour of our small farm if time permits. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We charge $25 per night for surprise guests
