We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Winter Getaway 2 miles from Ocean Beaches

Entire House! Large fenced in yard, great for pets. Two bedrooms, one song ride away from Ponquogue Beach. Have the beach to yourself for walks and exercise! Perfect place to get away and Unwind. The house is located on a quiet residential street close to the hamlet of Hampton Bays. Enjoy the patio and fire pit (use non-windy days) on 1/4 acre property. Still plenty to do here, we are 20 minutes from Wine Country and Tanger Outlets.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
