Newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in a side-by-side duplex, located about a 10-minute drive from Anchorage’s major hospitals. The unit is styled with our Precious Metals oil painting collection. Conveniently close to Alaska Native Medical Center, Alaska Club East, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment comes stocked with essentials such as shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent. The spacious driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
