Lily’s Townhouse is in the heart of fabulous Flemington, right next to Flemington Racecourse. It has a guest bedroom downstairs at the front of the property with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is an open plan living/dining area and well-appointed kitchen. There is also a dedicated study nook and powder room with WC. There is split-system heating/cooling and a sunny front terrace (from the living area) and undercover parking space via the remote-control gated driveway.
