Holiday Flat

Our furnished holiday flat covers about 35 sq.m. and is located in a beautiful district very close to the beach. The flat covers a livingroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower bath, a washing mashine, corridor and a patio. The surrounding is notably quiet and the flat`s windows offer a beautiful view into the garden. The flat is handicapped accessible and has got ist own entrance. Pets only after agreement. Smoking is strictly forbidden but you are welcome to smoke on the patio. The flat can be booked up to max. 2 persons. The beach can be reached within a few minutes. Here you will find a bathing beach, several playgrounds a kiosk, a rowing club and an area for dogs. Besides that you will find opportunities to scuba dive and snorkel. A forrest nearby invites for long walks. Flensburg`s town centre and the harbour, the historic district, pubs and restaurants and other sights are nearby. Bedlinen and towels inclusive. Set in a historic merchant’s house, this most beautiful apartments is just 200 metres from Flensburg’s harbor. It offers spacious accommodation with a south-facing terrace and free WiFi access. Individually decorated rooms in cream and blue tones, and old style furniture feature at Haus Schlafgemach. It consists of separate bedrooms, compact bathroom and a cosy living room with a doubble sofa bed. Meals can be prepared in the apartment’s stylish kitchen. Guests can also dine in the numerous cafés, bars and restaurants located in Flensburg’s pedestrian area, just a stone throw away. Visitors can spend the day exploring the harbor and the historic buildings in the Old Town. Water sports can be enjoyed on Flensburg Fjord, which is is 3 km away. Free private parking is provided by Haus Schlafgemach. Flensburg Train Station is 2 km from the accommodation.

Velkommen til den gamle skomagerhytte i Gråsten. Her kan du overnatte i skomagerens gamle værksted - en charmerende hytte nænsomt og rustikt renoveret med respekt for husets unikke historie og sjæl. Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Die Badestelle an der Schlei ist 500 Meter entfernt, der Wikinger Radweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei, auch für Wanderreiten geeignet.

Sie befindet sich über dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude und ist umsäumt von einem großen, eingezäunten Garten mit Blick über die Wiese. In der 84 qm Wohnung sind das Wäschepaket sowie Handtücher im Preis inbegriffen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und ein großes Kuschelsofa machen den Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit gemütlich.

From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home.
