Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Our 600 sf guest suite is waiting for you with French doors opening to the backyard and the Flint River. Enjoy serenity and if you're lucky spot a family of Bald Eagles flying up and down the river. Near family parks, dog parks, and trails. Minutes from downtown Flushing and major expressways.

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Private Suite in Davison with Hot Tub

Now dog friendly! Relax in your own quiet, comfortable guest suite. This lower level private space has a keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a set of stairs adjacent to your dedicated parking spot. The comfortable bedroom has a queen sized bed. A kitchenette and generous sized living area offer everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Unwind on our new secluded patio. Take advantage of the inviting hot tub, ideal for a relaxing evening.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try tiny living! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times-NOT!!! You can’t depend on it…Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Enjoy your stay in the charming town of Flushing, Mi. Our home is located in the center of the city, with quick and convenient access to many of the towns restaurants and shops. Enjoy a breath taking view of the Flushing Valley Golf course. Our home is nestled on the 13th fairway. Your reservation is for access to the guest suite. This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.
