A brand new house having an open plan layout. It is ground floor thus there are no steps. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in the double bed however there are also two recliners. It is situated 5 mins walk from the seaside, 1 min walk from the Lower Barrakka Gardens and 5 mins walk from the City Center. Public transport is within a 3 minute walk.
