This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Private Suite “The Rosebud” At Rose Cottage Farm

Come visit our 100 year old Farmhouse. It has a unique history. It was a brothel and gambling establishment during the prohibition era. It’s even been rumored to have been visited by Al Capone and a US President! Today, it is a charming hobby farm filled with vintage flair and cozy spaces. We offer a suite of four rooms with a private entrance. There are two bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom all on a dedicated second floor. Lots of privacy, and you can enjoy the grounds.

Cute cottage near UCF & trails. No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Coastal Casita is a fully licensed Bed and Breakfast Cottage with three bedrooms available for booking. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place located in Old Town Fernandina, a quaint historical neighborhood with turn of the century Victorian homes. With your booking you will get a full size kitchen, living area, and golf cart. Coffee, tea, and breakfast snacks will be provided. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are available to book individually.
