The cottage circa 1802 offer a peaceful private setting on a historic horse farm once part of Monticello with close proximity to wineries (10 minutes), town (12 minutes), Rivanna River borders the property, Carter mountain (8 minutes) and many other activities. You can enjoy a peaceful day of fishing at the pond which is well stocked with crappie, bass, shell cracker, and catfish. We practice catch and release here on the property. But if you want to cook up the catch of the day as the main course that’s ok as well. Then kick back and sit around the camp fire with s’mores and looking at the moonlight.
