Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

Casa MariaRosa è una luminosa abitazione indipendente a Senzuno, a pochi passi dal centro, da tutti i servizi e dal lungomare, la spiaggia è a soli 150 m. Entrando dal cancello di proprietà si accede al patio/zona pranzo ed alla comoda doccia esterna. All'interno si compone di cucina abitabile, luminoso soggiorno dotato di divano letto a due posti, due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia, ampia finestra e lavatrice. Set in a picturesque hamlet, overlooking the Chianti hills, this charming country house is just 10 minutes from Siena and Castellina in Chianti. Recently renovated, it blends authentic Tuscan charm with modern comforts. The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden and relax in the outdoor marble hot tub, soaking in the breathtaking views.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

The two-room apartment is on the ground floor, it is located a stone’s throw from the center and the beach. Close to essential services (pubs, restaurants, supermarkets). The apartment consists of kitchen and open space living room with sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed with the addition of a third bed; bathroom and outdoor patio with laundry service.

La Stallina - Perfect retreat from the city rush

Recently restored, La Stallina, was my grandfather's horse stable at the beginning of last century. Now it is a charming apartment perfect for a couple and suitable for 2+2 guests. One living room with kitchen in a conservatory, double bed and mezzanine with bed. Bathroom with large shower box, kitchen equipped with dish-washing and oven.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
