The ‘treehouse’ has an open-plan design with vaulted notched board ceilings, creating a feeling of light and space, with elegant furnishings throughout. Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Relax in a hammock under the covered pergola, float in the saltwater pool, and gather around the gas fire pit at night. Full kitchen, cozy king bed and a lush tropical backyard. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.
