Our home offers some of the most stunning views on Folly! With four private patios, you are ablet to see amazing wildlife in the marsh, see the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Morris Lighthouse. With two king beds, two queen beds, and a bunkbed. Enjoy the hot tub overlooking the marsh, a secluded rooftop room with deck with panoramic views a Golf hitting bay and plenty for kids. The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Pelican's Porch on Folly Beach-Oceanview

Located directly across from beach with a path to our front yard. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.
