Welcome to the INDIGO room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

The Starlight Motor Inn - Double Queen + Pool!

The Starlight Motor Inn is a historic mid-century motel in the heart of N. Charleston, SC! Family run since 1961, The Starlight was conceived as an affordable and accessible destination. In 2022 the property was lovingly restored & reimagined as a 51 room oasis conveniently located on Rivers Avenue just minutes from downtown Charleston. The property is complete with a large outdoor swimming pool, & a full service bar called The Burgundy Lounge with nightly live entertainment + event spaces.

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Welcome to Circulo's Corner Suite, creatively designed for comfort. Highlights include three additional window treatments that fill the oversized space with natural light, along with bespoke works from local artists and makers. The Brass Lady

The Brass lady is perfect for a single person or couple enjoying a quick get away to Folly. With a full size brass bed and large shower, the comfy space has everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the private porch with a private entrance after a day of surfing or relaxing on the beach. Continental breakfast is offered daily in the shared kitchen and dining area. While street parking in front is available it is not guaranteed. Free parking is generally found close by.

Welcome the MAGNOLIA room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. MAGNOLIA is located on the first floor with access off the main piazza. PARKING: there are multiple convenient parking lots 1-2 blocks away, ranging from $20-$30 per night.

Folliday Inn-Room 23 -The Continental, 1 Pet w/fee

Room 23 -The Continental: 2nd floor guest room w/ semi-private porch entry area. Queen-sized bed for up to 2 guests. Private bathroom is outfitted w/a tub & shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is 1 block away. Mini fridge, microwave, smart TV, & free WIFI. No smoking. Pet friendly w/ additional $125 + tax fee. Must be 21+. 1 parking pass provided. Pool closed from Sept 3 -8, 2024.

Boutique Hotel Folly Room 9: King Studio w/deck

The Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. This room is on the second floor. Dog friendly with a one-time fee of $125 per dog. Fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE
