Situated with a captivating view of Little Exuma’s iconic bridge, Sunset Cove is a quintessential seaside cottage that encourages unfettered days of holiday enchantment. Its charming atmosphere is accompanied by kayaking adventures in an ecofriendly haven of saltwater biodiversity. Sunset Cove has the secret ability to convince its guests to linger longer, learn more and to savor each sunset. The property is on the quiet side of the island in an area called the Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: There are many amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach, and Pretty Molly Bay. All of these beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 10 minutes of the home. Aqua Sound - Luxury Villa w/ Private Pool, Beach and Dock

Aqua Sound is situated on the clear waters of Master Harbour, directly on the beach. Twenty-two feet of glass doors and windows across the open concept living and dining rooms frame the stunning view of the bay. Our spectacular terrace, which has ceiling fans and is also shaded by a traditional Bahamian roof, creates the perfect spot for watching the boats sail en route to George Town or just relaxing in the breeze with a good book. The garden has palm trees, oleander, hibiscus and other wonderful tropical plants which are illuminated at night, as is the heated pool. The entire house is air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. It has an open plan living room and dining room which have wonderful views of the bay. There is a very comfortable living room set as well as a TV, stereo, games, puzzles and books. The Dining Room seats 6 people comfortably and has a convenient hatch through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, electric kettle, toaster, ice cream maker, and mixer. There is a washer and dryer in the 'wash house' next door. The house consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms.The master suite at the west end of the house is furnished with a king bed, closet, large shower and bath, WC and hairdryer. This room boasts a spectacular view of the bay and Crab Cay and has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The guest bedrooms each have two separate twin beds, shower and bath, WC and hairdryer. They both have large closets for storage. The terrace runs the full length of the ocean side of the house. You can enjoy a meal at the large outdoor dining table in the evening or lounge on the deck chairs. The private garden has an abundance of tropical plants (hibiscus, palms, oleander etc.)and also a large paved area for sitting around the pool. The garden and pool can both be lit up at night.The heated pool is a fabulous luxury! It is perfect for jumping into first thing in the morning, refreshing during the day and wonderful for cooling off in the evening while it's lit up!
