Stay in this 1960's Hunting Cabin located halfway up a mountain. Extremely private with incredible views of the Peaks of Otter and Bedford County. 2 miles of hiking trails, stocked fishing pond. A quiet cottage for young and old alike! Situated on a farm with hiking trails, creeks & streams! Coffee, tea, cream, sweeteners and snacks await you! The "Kitchen" includes coffeemakers, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and a 2 burner hot plate with all necessities to cook (there is no standard oven or kitchen sink - if needed we will pick up your dishes and clean them for you!). Fresh linens and towels are provided. The cabin dates back to the 1800's and was recently restored.

This gem of a cabin is nestled in a beautiful part of Virginia, surrounded by the majestic George Washington National Forest. Woody’s is only 30 minutes from Madison Heights and 37 minutes from downtown Lynchburg.

Green Needles Christmas Tree Farm Cabin/Lynchburg

Our cabin is 600 sq ft with a large covered porch. We have 1 queen size bed, a double & single bunk combination, and full kitchen. We have 2 sources of heat, propane and electric both which make some noise when they run. 42 acres of Christmas trees, wooded trails, a stream that runs throughout the property, foot bridge and fields. A short 10 min hike will take you to our Ridge with a gazebo. We are 25 min from LU, 15 min from the Lynchburg area and 15 min from the Blue Ridge Pkwy.
