Single house with private entry and garden. It's 60 mqs inside and it is composed of 2 matrimonial rooms . An entry, a living room with fireplace and TV, the dining room, a little kitchen, an external porch on the back of the house connected to a garden with a great space to dine outside. It's situated in a relax zone, not too far from the Brennero Street, that colleague to Borgo a Mozzano, Bagni di Lucca, Lucca, Modena and Abetone.Near there is the bus/train station, some bars and shops.

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven.
