3rd Floor Apartment in Historic Building. Great for family with one or two kids. Hershey's Top Rated Restaurant on first floor. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has pull out sofa for the kids. Views of Hersheypark and Hotel Hershey. Walk everywhere in 15 or less minutes. We offer contactless check in and check out. If you choose not to eat in our restaurant we will provide room service. We are COVID Clean certified. Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases.

We are within walking distance of Swatara State Park and close to the Appalachian Trail. Short drive to local wineries, bowling alley, pub/diner, escape room & movie theater. Peaceful quiet location 6 miles from Hershey Park. Relax in the welcoming outdoor space after an active day enjoying the local activities. The outdoor space boasts a koi pond, fire pit as well as a gazebo. Chances are you will see local wildlife including deer, wild turkey, and a wide variety of birds and honey bees! We do provide a kitchenette with the opportunity to prepare meals using the grill, griddle, and crockpot provided. Let us know if you need anything additional to enjoy your stay.

Monroe Valley Guesthouse

Our house is located near the interstate and within easy reach of Hershey and numerous other attractions. Swatara State Park is just a 2 minute drive away. There is a hiking and biking trail just down the road. If you are kayaking you can put in or get out of the creek right into the yard. The hot tub, grille, and stocked kitchen are waiting after your days activities. Do not expect me to message you before your stay - you can be assured the place is ready for you! Also there is no TV.

Welcome to The Red Barn Retreat! We are so excited for you to come visit our peaceful place. The barn was built in the early 1800’s and we completed its renovation in 2014 and an upgrade in 2020 to include air conditioning in the whole barn and new reclining leather couches.
